The site describes the WhatsApp AI Sales Agent service. The conversations, names and times shown are illustrative examples, not real customers.
The service
The WhatsApp AI Sales Agent is provided under a separate written agreement with each client, which sets out the plan, the monthly fees, service levels and data protection terms. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Paying online
You can pay for the Starter or Business plan on our pricing page with M-Pesa, one month at a time. Nothing renews or is charged automatically: before your month ends, we send you the details to pay for the next one. Credit top-ups are one-off payments. Setup begins after your payment, when our team contacts you on WhatsApp.
Data and activity monitoring
We monitor how people use all of our websites (the pages visited), using our own records and tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Non-essential cookies run only after you press Accept. The full list is in theCookies, Tracking and Activity Monitoring section of our privacy notice.
Fair use
Clients must use the service lawfully and in line with WhatsApp's business policies. That includes messaging only people who have contacted them or agreed to hear from them, and never using the service to send spam.
Our liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
