There are two things on this page and they pay for different work. The monthly fee pays our team to build, train, host and tune your assistant. Credits pay for the assistant's own work, the replies and bookings it handles for you. Your plan already includes credits every month, and you only buy more if you use them up.

A credit is what your assistant spends when it does something for you. Each thing it does costs a quarter of a credit, so one credit covers four of them.

Messages your customers send you are free, however many they send. Anything you or your staff type yourselves is free too. You only pay for what the assistant does.

Starter comes with 100 credits a month, which is 400 things done, and Business comes with 200 credits a month, which is 800 things done. They refill on the same date every month.
